This offering is a beautiful, classic expression of Colombian coffees—sweet, round, and balanced. The intention of this roast profile is to provide coffee connoisseurs with an expressive cup that maintains balanced acidity. We are excited that Maryurid offers this gem to Qiyam Coffee. Maryurid’s process requires washing and “floating” coffees the day they are harvested. The coffee is then dried on raised beds for eight days.
