Maryurid Salazar – Pacamara – Medium Dark

While classified as dark, this coffee remains highly representative of the terroir of Finca Genesis. The intention of this roast profile is to highlight the uniqueness of the terrain while still providing a cup that is mild in acidity. Maryurid’s process requires washing and “floating” coffees the day they are harvested. The coffee is then dried on raised beds for eight days.
