True to pink bourbon form, this coffee offers a delicate citrus and tropical fruit medley with a floral overtone. On the farm, you can taste the floral notes in the coffee cherries themselves. Maryurid’s process requires washing and “floating” coffees the day they are harvested. The coffee is then dried on raised beds for eight days.
